I hope things are going well and I'm writing you before I go take my dog Rudy for a walk in the woods. I do this almost every day and absolutely love this park where we live near a bridge.
I was practising Tai Chi early this morning and remembered I must write something for you on the importance of keeping a clean colon.
The chances are your probably unaware that, we are all exposed to so many contaminants and toxins on a daily basis, some more dangerous than others ... Yes, It is actually that bad and especially living in a country where the financial consideration for food production is seen as more important than your health. Obviously, I’m referring to most western countries with the exception of a few European countries.
We consume and digest food stuffs that basically clog up our system and that remain lying dormant inside potentially building up to problems that can arise at any time in the future.
So what can we do about it?
Prevention which as we’ve already discussed, is virtually impossible in most (Western) countries, due to the food production methods, so what can we do? The next best thing is a ‘colon cleanse’ and you probably will be surprised at what you see was inside of you all along.
On the other hand and on a far bright note, you will feel much, much more refreshed in the process.... it's literally that good. I cannot recommend this enough.
You should be aware that many companies are taking this new trend but selling substandard solutions and there are very few colon cleanse systems I'd actually recommend so be careful here.
A first-rate company should be available and provide long-term support for you.
After your cleanse, just monitor your diet for a couple of days and become aware of the difference you should undoubtedly feel.
It is a widely held belief in ancient Chinese medicine that "All health is digestive health".
I now try to watch and be totally aware of what I consume; I constantly recollect this and informed my family all about it as well. You may consider doing this too. Stick a quotation on the fridge, above the kitchen counter somewhere obvious for all to see and remember.
